Who publishes, who sells

The app and this website are published by WIPIER Ludovic, a sole trader operating under the business name ZKYSolutions, company number 884 525 726, 14 rue Jean-Baptiste Quintin, 78200 Soindres, France.

⚠️ ZKYSolutions is not the seller. In the European Economic Area, the purchase is concluded with the app store: Apple Distribution International Ltd. for the App Store, Google Commerce Limited for Google Play. The store takes the payment, issues the receipt, collects the taxes that apply in your country and handles refunds. The store terms apply to that purchase, on top of these ones.

Outside the European Economic Area, the seller may be another Apple or Google entity, or ZKYSolutions, depending on the country. In every case the receipt you get after the purchase names the seller.

What is being sold

A group session runs for six hours for free. The extension adds six hours to a running session, up to a hard ceiling of seventy-two hours in total.

The extension belongs to the session, not to the person who paid for it. The whole group gets it immediately, and if the organiser leaves the session, the time already bought stays with the others.

It cannot be moved to another session, cannot stack beyond the ceiling, and cannot be carried over: a session that is extended and then closed early gives no credit back.

The two modes meant for children and teenagers are free, and will stay free.

The price

The price is the one shown in the app at the time of purchase, including all taxes. It depends on the country of your store account: local taxes are determined and collected by the store, not by us.

No subscription, no automatic renewal, no recurring charge. Each extension is a one-off purchase, decided at the moment it is useful.

No payment details go through the app or through our servers, and we keep none: payment happens entirely at the store.

Right of withdrawal

The extension is digital content supplied immediately: it takes effect as soon as it is bought, since its whole point is to make a running session last longer.

Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal therefore cannot be exercised once supply has started, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you would lose that right. That consent is collected by the store at the time of payment.

If you live outside the European Union, the rules of your own country apply, as does the refund policy of the store.

Refunds

Refund requests go to the store that took the payment, within the time limits and through the process it applies: "Report a Problem" on the Apple purchases site, or the Google Play refund form.

We have neither access to your payment method nor the power to refund in its place. That said, if an extension was paid for and not delivered, write to us: we will confirm the failure to the store, so that you do not have to argue it on your own.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The extension is digital content within the meaning of articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code. We are liable for two years from its supply if it does not match what is described here.

A defect appearing within twelve months of supply is presumed to have existed at the time of supply: you do not have to prove it. Where there is a defect, you can ask for it to be brought into conformity and, failing that, for a price reduction or for the contract to be ended.

These guarantees apply regardless of the store commercial policy, and they cost nothing.

What the service does not guarantee

The app depends on each phone mobile network. With no mobile data, a position does not go out and nobody sees you. We guarantee neither network coverage, nor GPS accuracy, nor the behaviour of phones whose system kills background apps.

⚠️ The alert button warns your group. It does not warn the emergency services and is no substitute for them. The app shows the emergency number of the country you are in, but never dials it for you.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance. An interruption closes running sessions: nothing is lost, since nothing is kept, and a new session can be opened right away. If a long interruption stops an extension that has already been paid for from delivering what it promised, it is refunded.

End of service

Were the app to stop existing, we would announce it in the app and on this website, and stop all sales at that point. No extension would be sold for a period after the shutdown.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the benefit of the mandatory rules of your country of residence where they protect you better.

If something goes wrong, write to us first through the contact form: most situations are settled in one message.

To be completed before the first sale: the details of the consumer mediator, which article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code requires to be stated. Membership is taken out with a listed mediator, before going on sale. Do not mention the European online dispute resolution platform: it was shut down on 20 July 2025.
